Philosophy

Making beautiful and useful art is my vocational standard. I believe that graphic design is a way for people to engage with art every day.

A (brief) history

The year I turned eight, I made my first logo in Microsoft Word. As a kid, I honed my craft making campaign posters for student government elections and learning the Adobe programs while on staff for the high school newspaper.I graduated from Whitworth University in 2019, with a double major in graphic design and journalism. Whitworth's arts-based design program reignited a passion for off-screen art making, something that now feeds my practice and encourages my pursuit of well-crafted design.

After 7 years in marketing, I decided to step away from full time design work. When I'm not working on a freelance project, you can find me lost in a book or going up a mountain.
